Plan a scan with the client
Fill in the client and the scan location, choose one of our free 3-hour slots, then Save & add to place it on the calendar. The calendar on the right is view only, bookings are created from the form.

Each slot is 3 hours. Booked and past slots are removed from the list for the chosen day.
Pre-scan agreement
Upload your agreement template once, then pick a saved client to fill in their details and download a ready to send document. Your template stays on this machine until you replace it. The template is empty until you upload one.

Placeholders you can use
Put these anywhere in your template. They get replaced with the selected client and, when chosen, the booked scan:
